Will CRBN fit my shoes?
CRBN is sold true to size. Pick your usual size band, then check toe room and heel hold after installation; do not force the insole into a tight shoe.
Can I move one insert between shoes?
Move CRBN between compatible footwear. Check the fit in each pair after installation.
How long does delivery take?

  2. Step 2. Place CRBN on top of it to check the fit.
  3. Step 3. Slide CRBN in, carbon base down, and press it flat to the heel.
  4. Step 4. Ready. Move it between shoes whenever you like.
