A five-layer system, engineered end to end.

CRBN is being developed from the plate up. The carbon plate sits at the bottom of the insole stack. Supporting layers complete the design for compatible footwear across running, hybrid training and dynamic movement.

    Layer 01

    Moisture-wicking top fabric

    Breathable mesh forms the moisture-wicking top layer.

    Layer 02

    Dynamic arch support

    TPU, 70A ±5 shore hardness. A shaped arch component within the stack.

  3. 03

    Layer 03

    Heel stability cup

    6mm cup forms the rearfoot section of the insole.

  4. 04

    Layer 04

    EVA cushioning foam

    EVA, 55C ±5 density. The cushioning layer above the carbon base.

  5. 05

    Layer 05

    Carbon fibre plate (base layer)

    3K twill, matte finish. Sits at the bottom of the insole stack, beneath the supporting layers. Performance benefits are not yet validated.
